You have back Pain!

You have pain in your back! It tends to be in the lower back, but sometimes in the middle or neck area. It also feels that it is radiating to a side and can be painful sitting, standing or even while lying in bed! You can walk, its painful and you are starting to compensate, in many aspects of your life. You have searched for a solution and tried Pain relief, prescription pain relief, on a list or seen a physio. You have been presented with medication, Stronger medication and or Physio, last reluctant option, surgery, which is last resort!

Medication as you know lasts for a short time 4 to 8 hours depending on dose. Injections if successful (50% are not) up to a year. repeated injections tend to last a much shorter time and are less effective. Back surgery has a low success rate and can be very limiting in movement after even with intense rehab, so what can you do?
